Rangatahi/young people can and do ‘make a difference’, Southern Youth Development believes that resilience in rangatahi is built through positive life experiences. We work to empower rangatahi to realise their potential and achieve their Goals for Personal Success (GPS). We work alongside our rangatahi and role model quality work ethics in a supportive environment assisting rangatahi to make successful transitions.
Workplace Supervision offers the employer and the employee the opportunity to develop a more collaborative professional working relationship.
Workplace Supervision provides opportunities for the employee in collaboration with their employer to:
Reflect on the employee’s work
Give the employee the opportunity to receive feedback about their work
Provide a supportive and safe learning environment, to support the employee’s agenda
Set the employee’s GPS
