Strategizing

A huge shout out needs to go to the Malcam Board of Trustees, Niki Bould, Peta Hudson, and our new CEO Desiree Williams who have guided her through the complexity of this exciting, new venture. Next month Annika will be working with a business mentor to tackle more strategy and $$ needed for the project.

Thanks to Dunedin Rural Development we got to kick off the year with financial support to refurbish our existing spaces and refurbish a container in the pipeline.

We will be spending a considerable amount of time crunching numbers and seeking funding in the next months and are keen to hear about any opportunity you might see fit.
